We just updated The Last Sunshine (alpha) to v0.4.2

Patch notes: 0.4.2


COOL ADDITIONS

  • Elite trites have been added. Watch out!
  • Sol now has 5 seconds of invulnerability on level start.


BALANCE & ADJUSTMENTS

  • Most of Prince Voracity's (boss) skills have been rebalanced. The boss is now easier.
  • To enter a portal, you now must press "E"  to confirm your exit.
  • Changed passive tree starting area to go any direction.
  • Added preliminary systems for difficulty selection. You'll now see a preview when you start the game.
  • Early levels and some enemy spawns have been reworked. Most notably, we see Wards in the tutorial level. The introduction order of Wards and Fiends have been flipped after the tutorial. This is to help the player learn the enemy red bullets are bad.


ART & UI

  • Various art adjustments and optimizations to player skills.
  • Background effects have been optimized.
  • Nametags are now smaller.


FIXES

  • Many various bugs were fixed.
  • Fixed various passive nodes in passive tree.
  • Sound settings are now saved.


KNOWN ISSUES

  • Sol’s art gets smaller with less health, but his body collider doesn’t change.
